This varies greatly from person to person and depends on the nature of the problem and what you would like from the sessions and will be discussed in the first/assessment session.

2. There are a number of therapeutic approaches listed. Which approach will be used for me?

This depends on the nature of the problem, what you want, and the way we talk during the assessment. After the assessment we will discuss the approach that will be used. More information on the different therapies will be available on my blog.

Appointments are generally available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 09.30 - 17.15.
